Lansky QuadSharp Knife Sharpener
Lansky’s QuadSharp is a compact knife sharpener with four carbide slots set at 17°, 20°, 25° and 30°, the same angles as Lansky’s Controlled-Angle Sharpening System. A built-in 800 grit ceramic benchstone polishes the edges and sharpens serrated blades, so it works as a standalone pocket sharpener or alongside a Lansky kit.
