Order Processing & Fulfilment
At Tooldock, we aim to ship all orders quickly and efficiently. Most orders placed through our store will be shipped via Royal Mail and DPD, depending on the size, weight and value of the order.

Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). We aim to deliver all orders within 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs
We currently offer free shipping on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 are subject to a £4.99 delivery charge.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to UK addresses only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Issues & Delays
